  • All of the artwork in our shop is in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted. We ship every Saturday or within 5 days of purchase. All artwork is shipped via UPS or Fed Ex standard shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you need faster shipping.

    All artwork is shipped with insurance purchased through UPS or Fed Ex. Purchases over $300 are shipped with signature required upon delivery. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number included so you can follow the progress of your order.

    If you are not available to sign for your package, it will be held at the nearest UPS/ Fed Ex location. It is the buyers responsibility to work directly with the carrier to arrange pick up of the package before it is returned to the sender.

    Additional shipping costs will be charged to resend a package.

  • Please note, we charge an initial base shipping rate for all stretched artwork. We will contact you following your purchase to confirm your address and the best shipping option for your location.

    Any shipping costs over the base rate will be invoiced via Stripe prior to shipping. All shipping costs will include insurance, tracking, and signature upon delivery. International buyers are responsible for any additional customs or duty charges.

    Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number included so you can follow the progress of your order.   • Please contact us if you are interested in placing an order to ship internationally outside the United States. We will get back to you with a shipping quote. We are not responsible for any additional customs/VAT or duty fees.

  • We want you to love your your artwork! Please contact jessiebloomstudio@gmail.com with any questions or concerns prior to purchase.

    Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final. All of our artwork is handmade and uses hand dyed materials. Each piece is unique and any irregularities are characteristics of the handwoven textile process and contribute to its one-of-a-kind aesthetic.

    We are not responsible for damage to the artwork due to misuse. If you experience any problems, please contact us so we can help resolve any issues.

  • Our trade program is open to interior designers and art consultants. We offer a 10% discount on regular priced pieces that are in stock. Please read more, here.

  • All of our artwork is hand woven and hand dyed, and must be handled with care. Weavings should be hung in a cool, dry location, avoiding moisture and direct sunlight. Please keep away from anything that might pull or snag the fibers. To clean, use a soft feather duster to lightly dust the artwork.

  • Stretched Artwork:

    All canvas stretched artwork comes ready for custom framing at your local art framer. We recommend a floating frame with no glass to highlight the texture of the handmade textile.

    Bar Mounted:

    All wooden bar mounted artwork comes ready to hang and includes French cleat hardware and screws for wall mounting.

  • We make every effort to photograph artwork in the best natural light to show the most accurate colors, however individual monitor and device settings may vary. Differing lighting conditions may also cause colors to vary. For advice or questions on color, please email prior to purchase.

  • We would love to work with you to create a custom piece. Commissions are currently open for residential and commercial spaces.

  • Jessie Bloom Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We insure each package and provide tracking with signature confirmed delivery. If you think your package may have been lost, please contact us so we can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
